GET TO KNOW CHRISTSONTHY

Christsonthy started mountain biking in 2014, and dove head first into riding on the technical single track that Central Vermont serves up! To say mountain biking changed Christsonthy's life is an understatement! After only a few years she started racing in the local Eastern States Cup race series, but quickly realized her passions lie in coaching & instructing, and she became a PMBI Certified Mountain bike skills coach in 2018! Now, she splits her time between the North East Kingdom of Vermont & Knoxville, Tennessee!

Christsonthy is fueled by finding the FUN in every aspect of coaching and her riding! She loves progressing on her bike, learning new tricks and her two doggies June and Charlie!
